The Neighbourhoods of Rolling Meadows

The Draft Plan Approved project includes over 2000 residential units in a broad spectrum of built form while achieving the goals and density targets set out by the Province of Ontario. In addition, The Neighbourhoods of Rolling Meadows has plans for an extensive recreational trail networks, proposed to link the development and provide alternative ways for its residents move about while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. Central to the plan is the community’s mixed use commercial core that has been designed to offer and meet with the resident’s daily needs and acting as a local destination or hub for community social interaction. The Development is currently entering its 5th Phase of construction!

The Neighbourhoods of Rolling Meadows is part of a larger secondary plan area of 1100 acres which bears the same name. The Secondary Plan provides for employment lands and additional recreational open spaces to achieve the desired balance of live, work and play.
